About the founders

Unwrap was founded by Ryan and Ashwin, two former Amazon Product Managers. While working on Alexa, they were inundated with customer feedback from emails, Tweets, bugs, and product reviews. Users wanted to be heard, but there was simply too much text to process. So they built Unwrap to help product leaders listen to their users and ship better products.
