Jackson is an experienced software engineer with a BA in Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University. Jackson joined Unwrap after three and a half years at Amazon where he was an Alexa Knowledge Engineer. With Unwrap he works backwards from customer needs to lead the innovation & engineering of all natural language processing features.
